League Status:
East Yorkshire Merit Leagues Division 1

Vikings Ethos:
Players wishing to play in the Vikings will all aspire to play for the 1stXV and as such will commit to training and playing to the same extent as the senior players.

Training:
Training takes place at the Silver Royd stadium complex each Tuesday and Thursday throughout season. Training will either be outside, in the indoor rugby training Sportshall or within one of the fitness gyms – all appropriate clothing and footwear should be brought and worn. Training begins at 7 pm prompt by which time players should have completed their own personal warm up.
