League Status:
East Yorkshire Merit League Division 2

Norsemen Ethos:
Primarily the Norsemen team is for players who wish to enjoy playing without the added pressure of committing to training or wishing to develop their ability. The team will generally consist of players who are at the twilight of their careers and players who wish to play ‘social’ rugby.  The team, however, are entered in the local Merit Leagues

Training:
Training takes place at the Silver Royd stadium complex each Tuesday and Thursday throughout season. Training will either be outside, in the indoor rugby training Sportshall or within one of the fitness gyms – all appropriate clothing and footwear should be brought and worn. Training begins at 7 pm prompt by which time players should have completed their own personal warm up.
