The J. M. Guthrie Clubhouse is the perfect venue for holding your conference, meeting, exhibition, lecture, presentation, or team building day.

We have three conference and meeting rooms to choose from, as well as 300 on-site car parking spaces for delegates.

All attendees can also benefit from free use of our impressive gym facility on the day of the business event.

Which room to hire?

The Qdos Suite and Sponsors Lounge are located on the first floor of the Clubhouse, with doors leading onto the balcony, overlooking the pitch and our beautiful North Yorkshire coast. Both rooms benefit from under-floor heating, full air-conditioning and WI-FI access.

The Alan Elliott Boardroom is located on the ground floor and can be used for smaller meetings for up to 12 delegates.

Meeting Packages

We offer a range of meeting rooms, from small one-on-one settings through to theatre style presentations for up to 200 delegates.

Room hire only available by the hour for as little £10.

Our full day meeting package is only £18 per delegate. This includes:

Room hire
Tea, coffee and biscuits served on arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon
Finger buffet or salad buffet served with tea and coffee
Water on the tables
AV equipment (flipchart, pad, pens, projector & Screen)
Free on-site parking
Free use of Barons Fitness Centre gym

We can also provide a range of refreshments and snacks throughout the course of your meeting:
